Watched "The Legend is Born: Ip Man" yesterday with Soon, HGY and Hiu Jian.
The movie was alright, I thought it would be shitty compared to the other two Ip Man films, but surprisingly it was quite good.
Had dinner at Zanmai.
Then we went to FTZ to play a few rounds of Call of Duty to pass time. Hilarious session as usual, what with all the knife-in-the-back, helicopter assaults and HGY making funny noises beside me.
When the Brazil vs Netherlands game started, we went to the pool center to play pool and watch it at the same time.
The only thing I couldn't stand was the cigarette smoke. Drove Soon nuts too, I guess.

Netherlands won and HGY was overjoyed...damn! Not that we were supporting Brazil, we just wanted HGY to lose his bet :(
I sent Soon home. Turns out he lives in the same apartment area as my cousin Yee Lin. No wonder the place looked so familiar!
Steamboat tomorrow with these guys! Whee~
